Online Banking
The fastest option. Create an account in minutes on the secure payment site, then set up recurring payments or use the one-time e-check or credit card option. Choose the e-Payment tab and select the option you want. Recurring payments can be scheduled monthly, quarterly, or annually.
You will be asked for:
- Management ID — 7047
- Association ID — 160
Direct Debit / ACH
Return a completed direct debit or ACH form and PMP will automatically debit the account you authorize on the 5th business day of each month. Complete the form (see Forms & Applications) and mail it to:

Self-Directed Banking Payments
You can establish auto-pay through many banking institutions. Your electronic bill payment should include your account number, which is on your initial mailing or available from PMP. Bank payments should be mailed to:
